- AI Developer designing and developing secure AI applications for B.i.Team. Utilizing Microsoft technologies in Data & AI environments with a focus on user value.
Responsibilities
- konzipierst und entwickelst sichere KI-Anwendungen
- nutzt LLMs und Azure AI Foundry für Prototypen und produktive Services
- erweiterst Microsoft Copilot mit Copilot Studio
- entwickelst individuelle Agenten und bringst Lösungen über Power Platform und Power BI in die breite Nutzung
- arbeitest eng mit anderen Kolleg*innen zusammen, um Daten- und Analytik-Infrastrukturen KI-fähig zu machen
- entwickelst und integrierst KI-Lösungen in Dynamics 365 Business Central und andere Applikationen
- setzt Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards um und dokumentierst Best Practices für die nachhaltige Nutzung
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit LLMs (OpenAI-kompatibel, Azure-Modelle o.ä.) inkl. Prompt-/System-Design und Evaluierung
- praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Copilot Studio und Azure AI Foundry
- sehr gute VS-Code-Skills (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python oder .NET) für API-Anbindungen und Functions
- solide Cloud-/API-Kompetenz (REST, Auth, CI/CD, Observability)
- Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau
- Erfahrung mit Business Central-Szenarien oder modernen AI-Dev-Tools
- Kenntnisse in MLOps/LLMOps (EvalPipelines, Guardrails, Telemetrie)
- Power BI (Datenmodellierung, DAX) und/oder Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
