About the role
- Copilot & Viva AI Engineer at the Federal Reserve Bank designing and implementing IT engineering solutions. Collaborating with teams to deploy Microsoft Copilot and manage AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical IT engineering designs
- Complete analysis of business requirements
- Assess testing requirements and prepares testing strategies
- Perform resolution of complex hardware, environmental software operating systems
- Oversees problem avoidance actions
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation
- Evaluate, recommend and select new software/hardware
- Perform change and problem management using standard tools
- Train System technical staff on use of software/hardware tools
- Assist in the deployment of Microsoft Copilot and rollout of Viva
- Build, deploy, and manage custom AI agents
- Support administration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup of messaging and collaboration technologies
- Investigate and implement new Office 365 capabilities
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety practices, and high-quality customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- Micro soft 365 services: Copilot Chat and experience with Copilot Studio
- Copilot integration, governance, and best practices
- Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 administration
- Office 365 Groups, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Tenant administration
- Hybrid Exchange environments
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
- Strong understanding of AI agent design, topic creation, knowledge base management
- Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow)
- Additional experience: SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
- Entra ID access management
- Knowledge of Networking, authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, Basic)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills
