Responsibilities
- As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients.
- Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Use HDL to load data into Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help improve the team's overall proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- 15-25 years of experience
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud is essential.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of software configuration principles and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
- The candidate must have experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), a tool used for bulk-loading data from files into Oracle HCM Cloud.
