About the role

  • Technical Lead specializing in Workday implementation within finance domain. Responsible for integration design, development, and production support for Workday projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Workday integration design, development, and testing.
  • Lead and manage Workday implementation projects in finance domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Workday.
  • Provide production support and optimize system performance.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in Workday integration and administration.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Workday Implementation in Finance domain.
  • 4 plus current years in Integration and administration Workday mainly Finance but can consider HR as well in total experience.
  • Experience in Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT.
  • Experience and solid understanding of Workday integration design, testing concepts and integration frameworks, data conversion concepts and business processes.
  • Handled minimum one data migration/conversion from legacy to Workday Financials plus if Great Plains.
  • Understanding of system development lifecycle, including production support.
  • Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams of consultants, developers, and analysts.
