About the role
- Senior Data Analyst developing solutions in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools for BIP. Key responsibilities include data integration, automation, and strategic decision support.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Create interactive dashboards and advanced reports for various business areas.
- Implement ETL processes and data integrations between systems.
- Administer SharePoint and manage permissions.
- Configure and optimize workflows and integrations with Microsoft Teams.
- Perform complex analyses and build models using advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA).
- Support data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
- Act as a partner to business areas to understand needs and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Proven experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
- Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and advanced Excel (including automations).
- Experience with SQL and data integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and an analytical profile.
- Established experience as a Data Analyst.
- Knowledge of Python for advanced analyses.
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365, Data Analyst Associate).
- Proficiency in Generative AI (ChatGPT and similar), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
