Responsibilities
- As a Senior Data Analyst in the Professional Services team, you will play a strategic and technical leadership role.
- Your focus will be developing complex, customized dashboards for high-impact clients, working on data optimization, advanced modeling, and defining visual and technical quality standards across the entire data chapter.
Requirements
- Work with large datasets, perform complex queries, and have a deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Optimize queries and perform data transformations in the Silver and Gold layers.
- Proficient in tools such as Pandas (Python) or similar libraries in other languages, with advanced skills in SQL, R, and PySpark.
- Strong experience in modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical analyses (including descriptive statistics, inference, regression, and multivariate analysis), as well as in applying technical and fundamental analytical studies.
- Serve as the team's reference for implementing, evolving, updating, and documenting quality standards, clean-code best practices, and dashboards.
- Implement Information Design, defining a design system and standardizing wireframes to ensure scalability.
- Be proficient in selecting the best visual representations for different audiences and creating advanced interactive visual insights in Power BI.
- Deeply understand Onfly's operations and its entire sales funnel, product metrics, growth, marketing, and market, and develop hypothesis validations.
- Master agile methods, project documentation organization, and version control.
- Fluent English.
