Marketing Specialist/Manager owning strategy and execution for CEE in a data-driven consultancy. Collaborating with global teams, managing events, and enhancing digital presence.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the CEE marketing strategy from planning through tracking what actually works to hands-on delivery
Own events end-to-end: pick conferences, create events (roundtables, meet-ups), handle logistics, and follow up
Build our digital presence with strong content: our website, blogs, case studies, testimonials, newsletter, LinkedIn content – all relevant for Czech/Slovak audiences
Partner with sales, consultant, and the global team to figure out what resonates and create materials that support the business
Manage the regional marketing budget and track results to find what's working (and what isn't)
Requirements
B2B marketer with at least 3 years of experience, who can both strategize and execute
Team player who collaborates across departments internationally – Czech and English is necessary
Strong communicator who can take complex data & AI topics and explain them in ways that resonate and stick
Self-starter who brings ideas, tries new things, and doesn't wait for step-by-step instructions
Organized – you can prep & run a campaign or event from start to finish without dropping the details
Genuinely curious about data, AI and tech (don't need to be an expert, just willing to learn)
If you've worked with these technologies before, that's a plus – HubSpot, Canva, Google Ads & Google Analytics
