About the role

  • Triage Clinician managing crisis calls and resources at Lawrence Community Behavioral Health Center. Providing procedural support and liaising with various providers to ensure quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth function of services as the person in charge of triaging calls
  • Provides procedural direction and support to crisis clinicians and supportive staff
  • Maintains awareness of activity of active and pending cases
  • Provides assistance to clinicians with bed searches, insurance verifications/authorizations
  • Serves as primary liaison between the organization and other providers
  • Accesses administrator on call and psychiatry on call when needed
  • Collects and records data and statistics for various reporting needs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field required
  • Bilingual Candidates encouraged to apply (not required)
  • Must achieve effective outcomes
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to complete documentation electronically and timely

Benefits
