Responsibilities
- Support for event logistics: coordination, schedule tracking, management of equipment needs and suppliers
- Research and sourcing of vendors (venues, products, gifting, activities/entertainment, etc.)
- Assist in organizing and setting up events (client events, press trips, seeding operations, etc.)
- Trend watching and benchmarking of event innovations
- Creation of visual assets: packaging, logos, illustrations, layouts (print & digital)
- Contributing to moodboards and creative concept development
- Collaboration with the communications and events teams on the visual identity of events
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in higher education (graphic design, communications, events management or equivalent)
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, creativity and a good aesthetic sense
- Versatile, autonomous, well organized with the ability to manage priorities
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
- Curious, enthusiastic, eager to learn and committed to varied assignments
- Previous agency internship experience or involvement in associations is a plus
