Responsibilities
Develop and maintain efficient, robust algorithms that significantly improve our warehouse operations.
Identify optimization opportunities across our WMS algorithms.
Align with stakeholders on operational feasibility and discuss trade-offs.
Collect feedback, measure performance, and iterate based on real-world results.
Requirements
4+ years of experience developing and applying optimization algorithms, or a PhD focused on applied optimization (e.g., Operations Research, Control Theory, Simulation, etc.)
Proficient in software engineering tools and practices (IDE, Git, testing, etc.)
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
Solid foundations in algorithms, optimization theory, and their practical limits
