About the role

  • Engineering Manager overseeing multi-disciplinary engineering teams in nuclear enrichment processes. Responsible for design, integration, and regulatory compliance within a DOE/NRC environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, and nuclear disciplines
  • Oversee engineering design activities, design control, and configuration management for nuclear safety related systems
  • Support design and development of enrichment, UF₆, vacuum, cryogenic, and nuclear process systems
  • Manage engineering deliverables, and coordination with operations, safety, and construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with DOE, NRC applicable quality and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear preferred)
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in nuclear, DOE, or high‑hazard industrial environments
  • Experience with nuclear process systems, enrichment technologies, and/or UF₆ operations
  • Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams and multi‑disciplinary projects
  • Strong understanding of nuclear facility operations, design processes, and regulatory requirements.
