About the role

  • Analista de Departamento Pessoal at CKK Contábil managing payroll and HR duties. Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and supporting clients with technical HR matters.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and labor charges for clients.
  • Perform hirings, terminations and contract amendments in accordance with the CLT and collective agreements.
  • Calculate and verify vacation pay, 13th salary, termination payments and leaves of absence.
  • Execute and monitor labor and social security obligations (INSS, FGTS, eSocial, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb and SEFIP).
  • Manage social security-related leaves with INSS.
  • Control working hours, time bank and application of collective agreements.
  • Provide technical support to clients on HR/Payroll routines.
  • Support audits and labor claims by organizing documentation.
  • Ensure document organization and compliance with the LGPD.
  • Monitor updates to labor and social security legislation.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed).
  • Previous experience processing payroll for multiple CNPJs.
  • Experience with Sistema Domínio.
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration and labor and social security legislation.
