About the role

  • Analista de Departamento Pessoal managing payroll, labor compliance, and HR duties at Betunel, a petroleum distributor. Engaging in payroll processing, legal compliance, and employee support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and calculate salaries, bonuses and benefits;
  • Calculate overtime, vacation pay, 13th salary (annual bonus), and termination settlements;
  • Manage employee timekeeping and attendance records;
  • Update employee records;
  • Provide support on labor-related issues;
  • Monitor union-related updates;
  • Conduct employment termination homologations;
  • Verify annual occupational health and safety programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Previous experience with Personnel/Payroll department routines;
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
  • Experience with payroll processing, electronic timekeeping, and payroll taxes and contributions;
  • Proficiency in Excel and payroll/timekeeping systems (a plus).
