Responsibilities
- Preparation of management reporting across multiple control levels (group, segments, business units, cost centers) and performance of variance analyses
- Ongoing project controlling for customer projects in the Professional Services area
- Participation in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing activities
- Continuous development of internal reporting
- Support in preparing a detailed annual business plan and deriving a medium-term plan
- Tracking budget targets during the fiscal year and preparing interim forecasts
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and presentations
- Support for business units on finance and operational management issues
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/accounting or in business informatics
- Open, proactive personality with enthusiasm for building and improving processes and structures
- Analytical mindset combined with an implementation-oriented work style and a pronounced "hands-on" mentality
- IT affinity and confident use of common MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
- IFRS knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, team-oriented working style and strong communication skills in German and English
