About the role

  • Support Operations Coordinator handling customer toll data and process efficiencies for Fleetworthy. Collaborating with teams and updating procedures while leveraging Salesforce for communications.

Responsibilities

  • Process existing customers toll and violations data as needed
  • Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies and communicate ideas and suggestions
  • Update existing SOPs as needed; collaborate on the creation of SOPs for new and evolving processes
  • Research and troubleshoot issues, occasionally in collaboration with toll agency partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM for internal and customer communications
  • New accounts setup

Requirements

  • HS diploma/GED; Associate/Bachelors’ degree a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook, preferred
  • Excitement about iterative process improvement and innovation
