Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy to partner schools in your portfolio, addressing the demands they bring (meetings with parents and students, professional development and training for teachers, training and capacity building for school leadership teams, etc.) and offering solutions to these institutions’ problems based on your expertise and your assessment of the problem situation (meetings, workshops, training sessions, commercial scenario analysis, actions to improve results, etc.), with the aim of securing retention and potential expansion of the partnership.
- Stay continuously updated on the educational landscape, the world of work, and technologies through research and study to improve performance when responding to partners’ needs.
- Manage service delivery (calendar) — Ensure remote and/or on-site support for clients in your portfolio by managing the calendar to follow a pre-established action and service plan while accommodating unforeseen events.
Requirements
- Specific knowledge: current educational legislation; Novo Ensino Médio (New High School); BNCC; ENEM; products offered by the Education System
- Required: Bachelor’s degree and Postgraduate degree or MBA. Master’s degree is desirable.
- Required: Driver’s license (category B) and availability for frequent travel.
