Responsibilities
- Respond to school requests - Provide consultancy to partner schools in your portfolio, addressing the requests they bring (meetings with parents and students, training and professional development for teachers, training and development for school leadership teams, etc.) and offering solutions to those institutions’ problems based on your expertise and analysis of the situation (meetings, workshops, training sessions, scenario analysis, actions to improve results, etc.), with the goal of strengthening the relationship and potentially expanding the partnership.
- Manage client support (calendar) - Ensure remote and/or on-site support for the clients in your portfolio by managing your calendar to fulfill a pre-established action and engagement plan, while accommodating any unforeseen events.
- Continuous professional development - Stay constantly updated on the educational landscape, the world of work, and technologies through research and study to improve the quality of support provided to partners.
