About the role
- Software Consultant supporting customer acquisition and software implementation analysis for a cloud ERP provider. Engaging with clients on presentations, training, and product development.
Responsibilities
- Support in acquiring new customers and coordinating presentation appointments
- Attend customer events and deliver product presentations and training
- Conduct as‑is analyses to prepare the implementation of our software at customer sites and coordinate organizational and technical prerequisites
- Receive customer inquiries and develop solutions
- Contribute expertise to the further development of our products
- Continuously expand knowledge of products and applicable legal and regulatory frameworks
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify potential opportunities
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter), certified balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
- Basic knowledge of VAT (value-added tax) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the relevant tasks or in comparable functions
- German: C1 level
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Basic technical understanding
- Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
