Responsibilities
Independent planning, organization and execution of events (strategy meetings, employee events, workshops, etc.)
Project management: from concept development and budget planning to controlling
Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the Executive Board, senior management and internal stakeholders
Further development of existing event formats and creation of new, innovative concepts
Selection, coordination and management of external service providers and agencies
Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of event outcomes (KPIs)
Confident advising of management and specialist departments on all event-related matters
Requirements
Degree in event management, communications, marketing or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in event and project management, ideally in an international corporate environment
Experience working with senior management as well as pronounced resilience, professionalism and diplomatic skill
Structured way of working, organizational talent and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects in parallel
Creativity and a keen sense for trends in event design
Team spirit, initiative and a hands-on mentality
Very good written and spoken German and English
Proficient in MS Office and common event tools
