Responsibilities
Technical management and supervision of properties in Berlin-Kaulsdorf and surrounding areas
Coordination and oversight of maintenance and repair work

Cost management and budget planning for technical measures
Development and implementation of modernization measures to improve energy efficiency
Defect and warranty management, including documentation of all technical processes
Requirements
Completed training or qualification in facility management, real estate, building services/engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in technical property management or property/facility management
Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability
Practical, hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of energy management and an interest in sustainable technologies
High digital affinity and confident use of standard MS Office programs; ideally initial experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems
