About the role

  • Teamleiter:in im Technischen Projektmanagement für Neubauprojekte bei berlinovo. Verantwortlich für Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Wohngebäuden in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation, coordination and management of the technical, commercial and legal handling of complex new build projects (focus on residential buildings)
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements regarding costs, schedules and quality standards during construction implementation
  • Requirements analysis and planning (site development / project development)
  • Development of the project brief/scope for implementation in service phases 1–9 according to HOAI
  • Preparation and presentation of the results of the requirements planning with concrete recommendations, scenarios and variants for the necessary committee decisions
  • Preparation and drafting of decision documents
  • Establishment and implementation of the project structure and project organization, involving internal departments and external contractors
  • Definition of cost, schedule and quality objectives in coordination with the responsible stakeholders
  • Client representation and project control/management of planning and construction services for all project participants, including on-site
  • Selection, commissioning and supervision of contractors in compliance with public procurement law

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree (university or University of Applied Sciences), e.g. Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Several years of practical experience in the real estate sector, construction technology or similar, with reliable knowledge of construction contract law (BGB, HOAI, VOB, technical building regulations, etc.)
  • Experience in staff leadership with strong interpersonal skills and a structured, independent, and result-oriented working style
  • Sense of responsibility, negotiation skills and a confident, professional demeanor with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and ARRIBA
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
