Responsibilities
- You develop authentic video content that moves people — for our TikTok channel and our paid ads on Instagram & TikTok
- You bring ideas to life: from the initial concept through the detailed concept and the shoot to the final edit
- You plan shoots, find the best locations and make sure everything is right — sound, lighting, atmosphere
- You work closely with a passionate team that loves mountain sports as much as you do
- You help shape not only the content but also the future of our brand
Requirements
- You don’t just know TikTok and Instagram — you feel them
- You have at least 2 years of experience with corporate social video content — either as a freelancer or in-house
- You have a good instinct for current trends
- You shoot on iPhone like a pro and CapCut is not a foreign word to you
- You’re comfortable in front of the camera sometimes — authentic and confident
- You are creative, humorous and visually strong
- You practice mountain sports yourself — whether hiking, trail running, biking, ski touring or climbing
- You work independently, are efficient and keep an overview even with many tasks
- You’re flexible and keep a cool head in dynamic situations
- You see feedback as an opportunity and enjoy working in a team
- You may already be familiar with Canva and project management tools and understand how customer journeys work
