About the role

  • Manages CRM processes, sales forecasting and KPI reporting to improve commercial performance. Coordinates cross-functional activities, automations and user support to ensure timely sales deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the application of the Commercial and Compliance Policy;
  • Ensure all business opportunities are registered and up to date in the CRM, request inputs from relevant areas and track the progress of each;
  • Analyze and manage the pipeline, provide company revenue forecasts and push for improvements;
  • Prepare and monitor schedules for sales process activities to keep commercial deliveries within agreed timelines, flagging deviations and concerns and assisting with mitigation actions;
  • Coordinate and/or participate in meetings related to sales opportunities (internal and external) to ensure the sale develops within time requirements and to promote integration of the various elements that make up the products;
  • Responsible for managing, calculating and publishing KPIs related to the sales process, including phases from Exact Sales to the CRM;
  • Automate CRM control processes and integrate the tool with other internal systems;
  • Integrate with the sales team;
  • Reallocate inactive accounts to other ECs (Sales Executives);
  • Distribute accounts generated by Inside Sales to the ECs (Sales Executives);
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, board and directors;
  • Establish connections with marketing, market intelligence, commercial and sales administration teams to capture qualitative information for refining and executing the commercial plan;
  • Keep offers and price lists updated in the CRM;
  • Provide training and support to CRM users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Specialization courses in the areas mentioned and in commercial processes;
  • Experience in sales within B2B markets, services and/or information technology;
  • Experience with CRMs and databases;
  • Experience in statistics using data analysis tools;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis for building dashboards and commercial KPIs;
  • Advanced Excel and formulas, plus Microsoft Office suite;
  • Intermediate English;
