  • Quality Control support role at DCU, focused on compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborating with teams to enhance internal processes and standards in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Team Leader and support quality control reviews
  • Develop understanding of internal controls and procedures
  • Conduct evaluations to identify gaps and improve workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for remediation efforts
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings
  • Maintain user access reconciliation and procedure documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ work experience, financial institution preferred
  • Excellent PC Skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Atlassian experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
