- Participate in defining technology directions for infrastructure.
- Provide a vision that highlights solution options within an agile team with a high level of expertise.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with the company’s standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Act as an advocate for solutions and engage stakeholders around technology initiatives.
- Contribute to drafting the roadmaps necessary to support strategic objectives.
- Design and document infrastructure architectures (cloud, automation, etc.).
- Contribute to automating infrastructure processes (IaC, CI/CD).
- Prepare clear presentations to explain technical choices and proposed solutions.
- Occasionally act as an integrator on certain projects/deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in information technology
- Intermediate knowledge of:
- - Management of workstation environments (Windows, Mac, mobility) and cloud environments, notably AWS
- - Application deployment and update tools (SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF)
- - Identity and access management (Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS)
- - Administration of collaboration and messaging services (M365, Exchange)
- - Virtualization and virtual desktop management (Citrix, VMware)
- - Automation projects related to office environments (scripting, Azure Automation)
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
