About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain serverless applications using TypeScript
- Lead architecture discussions and drive technical decisions
- Work with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge and Step Functions
- Improve the platform through testing, automation and clean code practices
- Collaborate closely with product owners and other engineers, while sharing your experience and guiding the team
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional software development experience
- At least 2 years working hands-on with AWS serverless in production
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with IaC such as CloudFormation, CDK or Serverless Framework
- Solid understanding of CI/CD using tools like GitHub Actions or CodePipeline
- Comfort working with TDD and automated testing
- Knowledge of cloud security: IAM, least privilege, secrets management
- Experience with logging, monitoring and troubleshooting using CloudWatch and X-Ray
- A senior mindset: ownership, clarity, initiative and technical leadership
- Bonus if you have experience integrating external APIs, hold an AWS certification or have a background in DevOps and automation.
