Responsibilities
Analyze complex incidents received
Diagnose issues and direct development teams toward the corrective actions to implement
Manage incident lifecycle
Recommend and document improvements to existing processes
Act as a facilitator between business and IT teams during incidents
Monitor production status on a daily basis
Analyze system logs and other reports
Coordinate task allocation and priority management
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance
In-depth knowledge of Guidewire software is an asset
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
Fluent in French, both spoken and written
Functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
