About the role
- Solution Analyst responsible for managing complex incidents while collaborating with development and business teams at Beneva. Ensuring system performance and guiding solutions for incident resolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex incidents received
- Diagnose issues and direct development teams toward the corrective actions to implement
- Manage incident lifecycle
- Recommend and document improvements to existing processes
- Act as a facilitator between business and IT teams during incidents
- Monitor production status on a daily basis
- Analyze system logs and other reports
- Coordinate task allocation and priority management
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire software is an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written
- Functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
