Responsibilities
Manage administration related to committees and meetings (preparation, follow-up, and documentation)
Analyze, improve, and automate activities related to pension plans by optimizing administrative processes, governance, and management systems
Design and deploy education and awareness programs on the principles and value of employer-provided pension plans
Deliver training, advisory activities, and educational sessions on pension plans
Support and advise leaders and executives in preparing presentations and meetings about pension plans
Provide advisory services to employees to help them prepare for retirement
Conduct analyses and specific tasks related to the administration of pension plans
Participate in various projects related to pension plans, including the implementation of a new system
Ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or a related discipline
More than three (3) years of relevant experience in pension plan administration
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Strong French communication skills, both oral and written, and intermediate proficiency in English, both oral and written
Advanced skills in drafting and simplifying technical content
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
High aptitude and/or experience in process improvement and system optimization
