About the role

  • Service Delivery Lead overseeing end-to-end delivery of CRM Dynamics solutions. Managing project teams in a hybrid work environment based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of CRM Dynamics solutions
  • Ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives
  • Manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and address risks proactively
  • Ensure successful solution deployment while adhering to best practices
  • Balance of technical expertise, team leadership, and client-facing communication

Requirements

  • Functional knowledge of CRM and Power Platform
  • Experienced in a role of business advisor, DL and / or Product owner
  • Experience with delivery including offshore resourcing
  • Expert in stakeholder management
  • Agile/Scrum (SaFe)
  • Big plus would be FS or Insurance/pensions related working experience
