Responsibilities

- Je houdt je bezig met workforce planning, het monitoren van bezetting, het actueel houden van consultantprofielen en het signaleren van kansen in de markt.
- Jouw helicopterview en oog voor detail weet je precies waar ruimte zit, waar knelpunten ontstaan en hoe we continu kunnen verbeteren.
- Je werkt samen met het recruitmentteam bij het identificeren van nieuwe talentbehoeften, denkt mee over wervingsstrategieën en ondersteunt bij het selecteren van kandidaten die aansluiten bij de groei van onze praktijk.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, HR of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- 2–4 jaar ervaring in resource management en/of projectcoördinatie.
- Ervaring binnen resource management/HR in consultancy of vergelijkbare industrie is een pré.
- Bekendheid met consultancy‑omgevingen en projectdelivery‑modellen.
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vaardigheid in resource planning tools en Microsoft Office.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
