About the role

  • Marketing Team Leader responsible for driving marketing initiatives and team leadership at Contipark in Berlin. Engaging in strategic brand management and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership of the Marketing team
  • Recruit, develop and motivate team members
  • Define and communicate team objectives and ensure their achievement
  • Plan, manage and prioritize workflows and resources
  • Conduct employee reviews
  • Develop marketing initiatives based on data and target audience analyses
  • Take responsibility for strategic brand management and the ongoing development of the corporate design
  • Develop and ensure quality standards for marketing deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-departmental topics and work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Initiate, manage and support internal and cross-team projects
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Structured, organized working style and ability to maintain oversight of multiple concurrent topics
  • Confident decision-making and clear, decisive communication
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand management
  • Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • Degree in Marketing, Media or a related field, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in a marketing environment
  • Ideally, experience with products that require detailed explanation or with complex services
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as external partners or agencies
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
