About the role

  • Field Support Engineer providing in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products. Traveling regionally to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction in pharmacies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in depth technical and customer support of pharmacy automation products
  • Travel regionally to provide industry leading support to Pharmacies
  • Deliver world-class customer service and problem resolution at client sites
  • Ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction by maintaining equipment properly
  • Instruct customers on proper operation and maintenance of products
  • Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
  • Offer constructive feedback to management and engineering teams

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of field service experience
  • Strong mechanical proficiency and ability to use standard hand tools
  • Proficient knowledge of multiple Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 2000, XP, 7, 10, 11)
  • Extensive understanding of basic computer networking
  • Ability to use Windows tools to identify network and PC information
  • Knowledge of router and switch setup and operation
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate file structures for editing configuration and XML files
