About the role

  • Territory Manager managing medical device sales in Greater Toronto area for BD. Responsible for achieving sales targets and fostering relationships in healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and manage sales target through effective management of BD’s base business and growth opportunities
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities and business plan for the territory
  • Manage and negotiate product validations, conversions, and sustainability plans
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in hospitals
  • Translate the strategic marketing and sales plans into account-specific plans
  • Maintain sales data and records within the territory to understand market trends

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling medical devices to acute care facilities
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Proven track record of high-level sales success
  • Strong ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Expert in managing complex sales environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in pipeline management, data analysis, and CRM systems
