Responsibilities

  • Analyze and share IT trends in the French market to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define an IT vision that supports growth
  • Support sales teams in business development and value demonstration
  • Define and monitor individual development plans
  • Lead change management for a key client

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of technical experience in a hospital IT environment
  • Strong expertise in HL7, XML, PN13, JSON
  • Solid knowledge of networking, IT integration, and server management
  • At least 5 years of people‑management experience
  • Proven project‑management skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
