Responsibilities
Handle a variety of Partner Billing and support tasks.
Play a key role in the new partner onboarding process, acting as the point of contact for Billing Services training and account setup.
Conduct and participate in Partner training programs as needed.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of onboarding and Partner materials, helping Partners define their billing and back-office processes.
Develop a basic understanding of Skyswitch and CoreDial products and services to support Partners effectively.
Maintain professional interactions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Report on key metrics across multiple projects.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in billing services or a customer-facing role, experience in accounting or finance-related role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online webinar tools.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) is preferred.
Ability to break down complex processes into concepts easily understood by Partners unfamiliar with billing software.
Solid understanding of general accounting processes and best practices.
Fundamental knowledge of the telecommunications (Telco) billing industry is preferred.
Experience with telecommunications and billing reconciliation practices is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
