Responsibilities
- Drive business analysis within an Agile or Hybrid framework
- Apply advanced analytical skills and BA expertise supporting large scale technology transformations from ideation to implementation
- Lead analysis planning, gap evaluations, facilitation, elicitation and documentation of requirements, processes, and other analysis needed to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 4 - 6 years of recent intermediate/senior level business analysis experience under a dedicated role
- Must have extensive experience on large scale IT initiatives within Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology
- A combination of education, experience, and demonstrated skills may be considered
