About the role

• Business Analyst 3 at BCLC driving technology transformations from ideation to implementation. Collaborating with technical teams to enhance player experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with our business and technical teams to assess opportunities that will improve player experiences and provide comprehensive analysis that result in effectively designed, developed and rolled out technology solutions.
• Prove yourself as a consultative partner and structured analysis expert to clarify, connect, articulate and document business needs to create a shared understanding of desired changes across cross-functional teams.
• Drive complex IT initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Collaborate with other business analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth to advance the Business Analysis capability.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 4 - 6 years of recent senior level business analysis experience under a dedicated role
• Must have extensive experience on large scale IT initiatives within Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology
• A combination of education, experience, and demonstrated skills may be considered
