About the role

  • Project Consultant handling housing and delegate management for events at BCD Meetings & Events. Responsible for project delivery and client expectations in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be accountable for specific housing & delegate management related projects
  • Ensure that all project elements function effectively and offer a professional service
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation
  • Contribute accommodation and delegate management expertise to the creation of Statements of Work
  • Manage or assist in the smooth delivery of onsite housing and delegate management services

Requirements

  • Experience of working in either housing contracting or experience of project management for hotel reservations
  • Comfortable working with databases / registration platforms to extract and interrogate data
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines while prioritising your workload
  • Previous experience of using Cvent database or other registration platforms (preferred)
  • An event management degree (preferred)
