About the role

• Architecte paysagiste chez BC2, une firme d’études en urbanisme. Responsabilité de concevoir des espaces de vie durables et attrayants en collaboration avec les équipes.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction drawings for a variety of project types;
• Collaborate with project managers in developing concepts and preparing technical documents;
• Actively contribute to projects carried out by multidisciplinary teams;
• Prepare budgetary cost estimates for works;
• Potentially take charge of certain projects depending on level of autonomy and experience;
• Participate in construction monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications;
• Maintain effective and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 2 years of experience combined with a technical diploma in architecture;
• Associate or certified member of the AAPQ (asset; possibility to obtain membership);
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite;
• Proficiency in SketchUp (asset);
• Holding ASP accreditation cards (asset);
• Experience in construction site supervision (asset).
