About the role

  • Increase volume of sales through prospect and new client development.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct risk management surveys and determine insurance coverage needs.
  • Develop stewardship reporting and advise existing and prospective clients with insurance coverage options.
  • Present and sell new business and renewal proposals to prospective and existing client decision-makers.
  • Review and resolve client disputes regarding complex claims.

Requirements

  • Valid Producer license in good standing, within 90 days of hire.
  • College Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of all lines of insurance coverage.
  • Familiarity of agency management system and as well as other applications related to insurance sales.
