About the role

  • Sales Executive managing strategic clients in SaaS at Responso, focusing on customer satisfaction and growth. Developing commercial proposals and managing the sales pipeline in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and continuous growth
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities in the SaaS market. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with mid-size to large clients
  • Develop commercial proposals and tailored strategies to meet clients' needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline, meeting quarterly targets across all funnel stages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market companies and their specific challenges
  • Proficiency using CRM systems to manage relationships and track sales progress effectively. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with mid-sized clients
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to operate nimbly in a fast-growing environment
  • Availability to work on-site three days a week in Curitiba, PR
