Implementation Specialist managing client onboarding and system implementation for a global e-commerce platform. Focusing on improving processes and accelerating time-to-go-live for clients in Mexico.
Responsibilities
Liderar el proceso de implementación y onboarding de nuevos clientes
Acompañar a los clientes en la configuración del sistema hasta lograr una implementación completa
Ser el punto de contacto principal durante la etapa de implementación
Diseñar, documentar y mejorar procesos para acelerar las implementaciones
Acompañar integraciones con plataformas de e-commerce y marketplaces en México
Detectar riesgos y bloqueos de forma temprana y trabajar proactivamente en su resolución
Coordinar con los equipos de Ventas, Producto y Customer Success
Capacitar a los clientes en mejores prácticas para maximizar el uso de la plataforma
Requirements
+2 años de experiencia en implementación, onboarding o customer success en empresas SaaS
Experiencia con plataformas de e-commerce y/o marketplaces (idealmente en México)
Capacidad para manejar múltiples implementaciones en paralelo
Perfil orientado a procesos, eficiencia y resultados
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes
Inglés fluido (oral y escrito)
Residencia en México, Ciudad en Mexico
