About the role

  • System-und Netzwerkadministrator managing IT infrastructure at BARTEC, specializing in safety technology solutions. Responsibilities include administration, support, and IT project involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administration of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks, cloud services)
  • Handling support requests and incidents at second level (ticketing system, remote support, on-site service)
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
  • User and access management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Management of end devices (PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices)
  • Participation in IT projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and IT security is an advantage
  • Structured, documentation-oriented way of working and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong service and customer orientation when interacting with users
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Team player with cooperative behaviour and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive IT systems and data
