About the role

  • FPGA Engineer creating VHDL code for image processing in immersive experiences. Collaborating with engineers to develop cutting-edge projection technologies for live events and museums.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement VHDL-based FPGA code for image processing pipelines and input signal handling
  • Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to integrate FPGA modules into larger systems
  • Optimize FPGA designs for performance, resource utilization, and power efficiency
  • Perform simulation, verification, and debugging of FPGA designs
  • Document design specifications and maintain version control

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of FPGA development tools (e.g., AMD Vivado, Altera Quartus)
  • Familiarity with VHDL programming
  • Familiarity with scripting language (e.g., Python, bash, ...)
  • Understanding of digital signal processing and image processing concepts is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
