Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience ideally in a messaging and collaboration infrastructure support role
- Experience with Outlook, MS-365, MS Office, SharePoint administration, Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, One Drive, and MS Teams
- Familiarity with PowerShell
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with a focus on providing quality customer service
- Ability to work with minimal direction and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in understanding MS Collaboration Applications troubleshooting (SharePoint, Skype for Business)
- Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills (English- Speaking, Writing and Comprehension)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize efforts, and provide regular status updates to management
- Experience and expertise in Microsoft Office Products
