About the role

  • Director of Operations at CHCP managing campus performance and compliance. Leading teams to support student success and drive operational improvements in higher education.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily campus operations across Academics, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Admissions
  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning
  • Lead and develop faculty and departmental leaders
  • Oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, and Career Services performance
  • Represent CHCP at community, employer, and student events

Requirements

  • 510 years of leadership experience in higher education
  • Bachelors required; Masters preferred
  • Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience leading diverse teams and driving results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools
