About the role

  • Monitoring loan portfolios of Private Bank clients on mortgage products while ensuring compliance. Acts as primary contact for client interactions and explores additional relationship opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor loan portfolios of Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients specific to mortgage products
  • Serve as primary contact with client throughout the loan process
  • Explore opportunities to deepen client relationships and cross-sell
  • Work closely with various specialists and participate in enhancing client experiences

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in residential mortgage/HELOC
  • High degree of mortgage knowledge including product, compliance, underwriting, and collateral requirements
  • Commitment to professional ethics and compliance with all Federal and State policies
  • SAFE Act registration required
