• Team Lead in Global Treasury & Merchant Operations managing audit and exam engagements. Spearheading initiatives to ensure audit readiness and mentor junior associates.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams to oversee audit and exam engagement coordination across GTMO North America.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain high-quality standards in execution across engagement activities.
• Drive consistent execution and support global initiatives in the audit domain.
• Serve as a strategic partner across regional stakeholders to facilitate consistent audit practices.

Requirements

• Engagement Coordination: Lead and manage end-to-end audit and exam engagements, including planning, evidence collection, documentation review, and response coordination.
• Quality Assurance & Challenge: Perform inline review and challenge of audit evidence and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Global Strategy Support: Partner with global stakeholders to support cross-regional initiatives, ensuring consistency in audit practices and readiness standards.
• Leadership & Development: Mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Operating Routines: Establish and maintain robust operating routines to ensure timely execution, stakeholder management, and issue escalation.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between business units, control partners, and auditors/examiners by communicating with impact and influence.
