Requirements
Engagement Coordination: Lead and manage end-to-end audit and exam engagements, including planning, evidence collection, documentation review, and response coordination.
Quality Assurance & Challenge: Perform inline review and challenge of audit evidence and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
Global Strategy Support: Partner with global stakeholders to support cross-regional initiatives, ensuring consistency in audit practices and readiness standards.
Leadership & Development: Mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Operating Routines: Establish and maintain robust operating routines to ensure timely execution, stakeholder management, and issue escalation.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between business units, control partners, and auditors/examiners by communicating with impact and influence.
