Responsibilities
- Further development and maintenance of our modern web application using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix & Shadcn UI
- Developing secure backend services with Python, FastAPI, SQL — optionally implementing prototypes with SQLite
- Integration of LLMs via the OpenAI API, Azure AI, and, where applicable, LangChain
- Implementing and documenting API interfaces (OpenAPI standard)
- DevOps & Security: Flux, GitLab Pipelines, Terraform
- Acting as a technical sparring partner for UX/UI, AI engineering, and compliance
- Supporting the development of a scalable, maintainable codebase with high test coverage
Requirements
- Experience in full-stack development, ideally with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, and OpenAPI
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Flux, GitLab Pipelines
- Strong understanding of API design, version control, and automated testing
- Willingness to work in a regulated environment and to meet high security requirements
- Curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks
- Enjoyment of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
- Independent working style and the ability to provide mutual coverage within the team
- Excellent German and English language skills (C1/C2 level)
