Responsibilities
Conduct analyses and produce reports to support strategic direction of MVH practice growth.
Analyze historical and current metrics for hospital deployment guidance (e.g., revenue forecast, market reviews, competitor analysis).
Utilize and maintain data sources; prepare maps and presentation materials.
Create maps and support materials for senior-level assessment of market strategies.
Collect and analyze competitor and business partner data for market opportunities.
Utilize vendor-provided services and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
Support site selection managers' research needs for future openings.
Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership concerning hospital operations and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Geography, Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar.
2 years experience in Geography, Real Estate, Spatially Based Analytical Research.
Basic Geographic Systems (GIS) skills utilizing a variety of software platforms.
Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization software.
Exposure to SQL or other programming languages.
